ACTION E6 - AWARENESS PROJECT

Status : Started.

This action meets the need to increase awareness of the project, of its objectives and actions among the users on the territory, citizens, schoolchildren and stakeholders (mainly farmers and breeders) and to improve awareness with regard to the need to conserve the species and the habitats which represent the target of the project.

The action is important to the success of the project and to continue operating in the activity of conservation of the species, even after the work is completed.

Particularly, the action provides for:

1) Implementation of three educational interpretative paths with related promotional documents and posters

2) Training and information sessions for the Environmental and Excursionist guides operating on the territory of the National Park

3) Implementation of an educational exercise book for schools

4) Implementation of educational activities to be carried out with schools, consisting of an indoor training day, one day on a trip in the municipality of origin and one day for a rally within the Park.

5) Awareness raising meetings of Stakeholders (breeders and farmers)
